CarMax in Elk Grove is now open!

      CarMax in Elk Grove, California is now open!  It is located at 8185 East Stockton Boulevard. CarMax sells New and Used Cars for a reasonable price.  CarMax in Elk Grove opened in February 2014. This is exciting news for CarMax, and Elk Grove.  CarMax in Elk Grove is creating jobs for the town.  I found out that CarMax was planning open in Elk Grove, when the project got approved in 2012 on Elk Grove Patch.com : http://elkgrove.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/carmax-store-approved-near-elk-grove.   The closest CarMax near Elk Grove is Roseville.  Elk Grove residents have a new place to buy a car.  This will help CarMax’s successful expansion.  It is nice to have a CarMax in Elk Grove.

Morning Brew in Cameron Park is now open!

  Morning Brew in Cameron Park, California is now open!  It is in the former Cornerstone Café, located at 3392 Coach Lane in the Cameron Park Place Shopping Center. 

Morning Brew offers their customers:

Morning Brew in Cameron Park opened in the Fall of 2013. This is exciting news for Morning Brew, Cameron Park Place, and Cameron Park.  Morning Brew in Cameron Park is creating jobs for the town.  I saw the building and took a picture of Morning Brew.  Cameron Park residents have a new place to get coffee.  It is nice to have  Morning Brew in Cameron Park.

     This drawing is a proposal for a JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts in Sparks, Nevada.  It would be located in the former Circuit City in the Sparks Galleria Shopping Center.  The address is 125 Disc Drive. I chose this location for Spark’s first JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts because it would be in an area with a lot of retail and is about the size of a JoAnn Fabrics and Craft store.  I also feel that there’s a high demand for a JoAnn Fabrics in Sparks.

            Hobby Lobby coming to Dublin, California!  It will be in the former Expo Design Center located at 7050 Amador Plaza Drive in the Amador Plaza Shopping Center.

   Nordstrom Rack coming to Reno, Nevada!  It will be in the former Borders Books and Music located at 4995 South Virginia Street in the Redfield Promenade Shopping Center.

This is exciting news for Nordstrom Rack, Redfield Promenade, and Reno.  Nordstrom Rack in Reno will create jobs for the town.  I originally had an idea for a Nordstrom Rack in Reno in the Redfield Promenade and I drew plans for it.  The closest Nordstrom Rack near Reno is Roseville.  In 2015, Reno residents will have a new place to buy clothing.  This will help Nordstrom Rack’s successful expansion.  It will be nice to have a Nordstrom Rack in Reno.

Bass Pro Shops coming to Rocklin!

   Bass Pro Shops coming to Rocklin, California!  It will be located on Crossings Drive in the new Rocklin Crosssings Shopping Center. 

Bass Pro Shops offers their customers:

Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin plans to open in 2015. The store will have a resturant named Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl and Grill that features 12 bowling lanes and causal family dining.  This is exciting news for Bass Pro Shops, Rocklin Crossings, and Rocklin. I heard about Bass Pro Shops coming to Rocklin on the Sacramento Business Journal:  http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/news/2014/02/12/bass-pro-coming-to-rocklin.html.  Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin will create jobs for the town.  The closest Bass Pro Shops near Rocklin is Manteca.  Rocklin residents will have a place to buy Hunting and Fishing supplies in 2015. This will help Bass Pro Shops successful expansion.  It will be nice to have a Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin.

Hayden’s Sports Authority Proposal 911 Topsy Lane, Carson City, Nevada 89705

   This drawing is a proposal for a Sports Authority Sporting Goods in Carson City, Nevada.  It would be located in the former Borders Books and Music.  The address is 911 Topsy Lane in the Carson Valley Plaza Shopping Center.  I chose this location for Carson City’s first Sports Authority because it would be in Carson City’s largest shopping center and the size of the building is about the size of a Sports Authority store.  I also feel that there’s a high demand for a Sports Authority in the Carson City/Minden area.

   Target coming to East Edenvale (neighborhood in San Jose), California!  It will be located at Cottle Road in the new Village Oaks Shopping Center.
