Fayette Mall in Lexington plans expansion!

   Fayette Mall in Lexington, Kentucky is planning an expansion! The expansion is planned in the former Sears building in the middle of the mall. The owner of the Fayette Mall is CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.

New Stores and Restaurants announced for the Fayette Mall:

·           Altar d State, Christian clothing store that was founded in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2009 and also donates shoes and clothing to countries around the world. 

·         Brighton Collectibles, a store that sells jewelry, handbags, and gifts that’s based in City of Industry, California.

       Clarks Shoes, a shoe store that was founded and is headquartered in Street, Somerset, England.

·         Hennes & Mauritz (H&M), a store that sells clothes for Men, Ladies, and Kids that was founded Vasteras, Sweden in 1947 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

·         Jos. A. Bank, a store that sells Men’s Apparel that was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 1905 and headquartered in Hampstead, Maryland.

·         L’Occitane, a store that sells beauty products that’s headquartered in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg and was founded in 1976.

·         Michael Kors, a store that sells shoes and apparel that’s based in New York City.

·         Newk’s Eatery, a restaurant that serves Salads, Pizzas, Sandwiches, and Soups that’s based in Jackson, Mississippi.

·         Oakley, a store that sells sunglasses, watches, and more that was founded in 1975 and based in Foothill Ranch, California.

·         Swarovski, a store that sells jewelry that’s based in Austria and founded in 1895.

·         The Cheesecake Factory, a causal restaurant that serves cheesecakes, salads, sandwiches, pizza, and more that’s headquartered in Calabasas Hills, California and founded in 1978.

The Fayette Mall expansion plans to open in time for the holiday season. This is exciting news for Fayette Mall, CBL and Associates Properties, and Lexington! The Fayette Mall expansion will create many jobs for the town and attract many shoppers from lots of places.  When the expansion is complete, Lexington residents will have new stores to shop at. This will help the community and the Fayette Mall.

Tractor Supply Company in Minden is now open!

    Tractor Supply Company in Minden, Nevada is now open!  It is located at 1645 Hwy 88.  Tractor Supply Company sells Agriculture products, Clothing, Footwear, Fencing supplies, Heating supplies, Horse supplies, Hunting supplies, Livestock, Outdoor Power supplies, Pet supplies, Tools, Safes, Toys, Décor, and Welding supplies. Tractor Supply Company in Minden opened on January 31^st 2014. This is exciting news for Tractor Supply Company, and Minden!  Tractor Supply Company in Minden is creating jobs for the town. I first heard about this Tractor Supply Company because we stayed the night at the Holiday Inn Express next door. Before this location opened, the closest Tractor Supply Company near Minden was Carson City (did a blogpost about that one http://haydenbusinessblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/tractor-supply-company-in-carson-city.html). Minden and Gardnerville residents have a new place to buy Tractor Supplies.  This will help the community  and Tractor Supply Company.

    Jump into Bible Memorization with JumpStart3! JumpStart3 creates modern pop music that helps you memorize the Bible. The Levee Cajun and American Cuisine in Placerville is now open!

The Levee Cajun and American Cuisine in Placerville, California is now open! It is in the former Café Luna located at 451 Main Street. The Levee Cajun and American Cuisine serves: Soup, Salads, Appetizers, Entrees, and Hot Heads Entrees. The Levee Cajun and American Cuisine opened in November 2013. This is exciting news for the owners of The Levee and Placerville.  My Mom and Dad got to visit The Levee, met the owners, and really enjoyed their food. The owners got the idea for The Levee because there aren’t many Cajun restaurants in the area. Placerville residents have a new place to try out. It is nice to have a Cajun restaurant called The Levee Cajun and American Cuisine in Placerville.

Urban Yogurt in Shingle Springs is now open!

Urban Yogurt in Shingle Springs, California is now open!  It is in the former CD Nails located at 4013 Mother Lode Drive in the Chevron Shopping Center. Urban Yogurt serves Frozen Yogurt and Toppings. Urban Yogurt opened on March 7^th 2014. I met the owner (Kathy) and the worker (Sarah). The owner got the idea for Urban Yogurt at a stoplight in the area. She thought of it because there aren’t many places to hang out at in Shingle Springs. Most of their yogurts are gluten free and they have a dairy free yogurt at Urban Yogurt. I enjoyed their dairy-free pink lemonade frozen yogurt. This is exciting news for Shingle Springs, the shopping center, and the owners of Urban Yogurt. I found out Urban Yogurt was coming to Shingle Springs by their signs in the area. Shingle Springs residents have a new place to try frozen yogurt. I am pleased and excited to see Urban Yogurt opening in Shingle Springs.

  Hobby Lobby is opening next door to Ashley Furniture HomeStore! It will be in the former location of Bed Bath and Beyond located at 2753 E. Eastland Center Dr, Ste 2100 also in the Eastland Center.  The size of the Hobby Lobby store is 42,500 square feet. Hobby Lobby offers their customers Arts, Crafts, Fabric, Home Accents, Hobbies, Frames, Floral, Jewelry, Wearables, Cards, Party supplies, and Needle Art.  Hobby Lobby in West Covina plans to open on July 4^th 2014. I heard about Hobby Lobby coming to West Covina on Hobby Lobby’s new store section on their website: http://www.hobbylobby.com/stores/.  This is exciting news for Hobby Lobby, Eastland Center, and West Covina. Hobby Lobby in West Covina will create jobs for the town. The closest Hobby Lobby near West Covina currently is Upland.  West Covina residents have a new place to buy furniture and will have a place to buy arts and crafts. This will help Hobby Lobby and Ashley Furniture HomeStore’s expansion plans. It is nice to have Ashley Furniture in West Covina and Hobby Lobby coming also.
