Buffalo Wild Wings in Carson City, Nevada is now open!  It is in the former Sierra Le Bone located at 3815 South Carson Street in the Eagle Station Shopping Center.

Proposal for Additional Location of WinCo Foods 17200 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 By Hayden Sawyer LePore

 

This drawing is a proposal for a WinCo Foods in Fountain Valley.  It would be located on the land of the former Orchard Supply Hardware.  The address is 17200 Brookhurst Street.  My proposal would have an In N Out Burger as an Outparcel for the proposed WinCo Foods.  I chose this location for Orange County’s first WinCo Foods because it would be in an area that lots of grocery stores are also located in, like Ralph’s, Albertsons, Sam’s Club, and Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market. There’s a high demand for a WinCo Foods in the Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Westminster area.

Demographics for WinCo Foods in Fountain Valley:

Population of Fountain Valley: 56,464

Population of Huntington Beach, Westminster, and Fountain Valley combined: 342,549

Population of Orange County:  3.09 million people

My proposal for a WinCo Foods in Fountain Valley would be one of the new smaller stores that WinCo Foods recently debuted in Norco and Coeur d Alene, and proposed locations are Fort Worth, Lewiston, and McKinney.

If approved, my proposal for a WinCo Foods would create jobs for the town.  It would also help Brookhurst Street attract more retailers.  The closest WinCo Foods near Fountain Valley is Lakewood.

Chipotle Mexican Grill coming to Reno!

Chipotle Mexican Grill coming to Reno, Nevada!  It will be in the former Brewhouse Pub and Grill located at 6395 South McCarran Boulevard.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reno plans to open in February 2014. It’s opening was originally planned for November 2013 but the construction in the inside wasn’t finished on time.  This is exciting news for Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Reno.  Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reno will create jobs for the town.  The closest Chipotle Mexican Grill near Reno is Placerville (our local Chipotle Mexican Grill).  Reno residents will have a new place to try out.  This will help Chipotle Mexican Grill’s successful expansion.  It will be nice to have a Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reno.

       Two Walmart Neighborhood Market’s in Vacaville are now open!  The southwest Vacaville store is in the former SavMax Foods located at 941 Alamo Drive in the Golden Hills Plaza Shopping Center.  The Southeast Vacaville store is in the former Rite Aid located at 2050 Nut Tree Road.

This drawing is a proposal for a Hobby Lobby in Richmond.  It would be located in the former Circuit City and temporary home for Bay Hills Community Church (during their renovations).   The address is 4100 Klose Way in the Hilltop Plaza Shopping Center.  I chose this location for a Hobby Lobby in Richmond because the building is about the size of a typical Hobby Lobby store.  The size of the building for my proposal of a Hobby Lobby store in Richmond is 38,983 square feet.

Conn’s Home Plus opening in Shreveport, Louisiana!  It is in the former Circuit City and Linens N Things located at 7091 Youree Drive in the Kings Crossing Shopping Center.

    2^nd Walmart Neighborhood Market in Woodland, California is now open!  It is in the old location of Rite Aid (relocated to 295 West Main Street in 2009) located at 215 California Street.
