This drawing is a proposal for a Hobby Lobby in Richmond.  It would be located in the former Circuit City and temporary home for Bay Hills Community Church (during their renovations).   The address is 4100 Klose Way in the Hilltop Plaza Shopping Center.  I chose this location for a Hobby Lobby in Richmond because the building is about the size of a typical Hobby Lobby store.  The size of the building for my proposal of a Hobby Lobby store in Richmond is 38,983 square feet.

       if approved, my proposal for Hobby Lobby would create jobs for the town.  It would also help Hilltop Plaza attract more retailers.  All Hobby Lobby’s are closed on Sundays for the employees to go to church.  The closest Hobby Lobby near Richmond is Antioch.  They’re also planning other Hobby Lobby’s in the area:  in Concord (would be in the former Sport Chalet and Rasputin Music located at 1280 Willow Pass Road.) and Dublin (would be in the former Expo Design Center located at 7050 Amador Plaza Road).
