This
drawing is a proposal of HomeGoods in Phoenix, Arizona. It would be in the former
Barnes and Noble. The address is 4847 East Ray Road in the Ahwatukee Foothills
Towne Center. I chose this location for Ahwatukee Foothills Village’s first
HomeGoods because it would be in the large shopping center and high traffic
area. I feel that there’s a high demand for HomeGoods in the South Phoenix area.

If approved, my proposal for a
HomeGoods would create jobs for the town. It would also attract new tenants to
the shopping center. The size of HomeGoods would be 25,000 square feet. The
owner of this shopping center is DDR. DDR plans to renovate shopping centers by
replace older anchor stores with new anchor stores to get more value to its
properties: http://www.cleveland.com/business/index.ssf/2014/05/ddr_aims_to_upgrade_anchor_sto.html
. The closest HomeGoods near Ahwatukee
Foothills Village is Chandler.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your
heart, as working the LORD, not for human masters.
