Sportsman’s Warehouse in Rancho Cordova, California is now
open! It is in the former Kmart located at 2344 Sunrise Boulevard in the
Rivergate Shopping Center. Sportsman’s Warehouse offers their customers:

Sportsman’s Warehouse in Rancho Cordova opened on July 12th
2014. This is exciting news for Sportsman’s Warehouse, Rivergate Shopping
Center, and Rancho Cordova! Sportsman’s Warehouse in Rancho Cordova is creating
jobs for the town. I first heard about Sportsman’s Warehouse opening in Rancho

The Rivergate Shopping Center is owned by Ethan Conrad Properties. Before this
location opened, the closest Sportsman’s Warehouse near Rancho Cordova was
Rocklin. The size of this location is 38,846 square feet. The Rivergate
Shopping Center is undergoing a major redevelopment that included Sportsman’s
Warehouse opening at the property and is planning a lot of other businesses
such as:

Chick fil A, an American chicken restaurant that
was founded in 1946 in Hapeville, Georgia by S. Truett Cathy. It is
headquartered in College Park, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta). Its president is
Dan T. Cathy. It is planning to open a store on a empty parcel in the shopping
center. The size of the location would be 4,400 square feet.

Pet Club, a pet store that has several locations
in the Bay Area and has one location in the Sacramento area in Elk Grove. It just
opened a location in South San Francisco. It is planning to open a location at
this center. The size of this location would be 15,523 square feet.

Smart & Final, a grocery store that was
founded in 1871 as Hellman, Hass Grocery & Co. it is headquartered in
Commerce, California (a suburb of Los Angeles). It is planning to open a store
at this shopping center under the Extra! Concept. The size of the location
would be 30,112 square feet in part of the old Kmart building.

Scooter’s Coffee & Yogurt, a coffee and
yogurt shop that was founded in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska by Don and Linda
Eckles. It just opened a location at the shopping center on May 2nd
2014. The size of this location is 420 square feet.
Rivergate Shopping
Center also opened Mr. Pickles, Dollar Tree, and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in 2013.
Rancho Cordova residents have a new sporting goods store to visit. I am pleased and excited about Sportsman’s
Warehouse opening in Rancho Cordova and the redevelopment of the Rivergate
Shopping Center.
