Flying brave at the fashion show

The Fly Brave Foundation is an organization that helps kids with Autism by training them to become adults and have jobs. The reason why I'm talking about them because I was a model at the Fly Brave Foundation's fashion show on September 10th at the California Auto Museum. At the show, I was the Barbershop singer with the cane singing the barbershop song, Chordbuster March. Before my segment, I had the privilege to talk to the models of the show and their families, about their interests and what my interests are. It was a very fun experience meeting all the people and singing to them. The models at the fashion show were an A's fan, a butterfly, a cowgirl, a runner, and many other kids with fun outfits and personalities.  Tony Lopez from CBS 13 News was at the fashion show.

The Fly Brave Foundation wants to help kids with autism build social skills, confidence and friendships.  Mrs. Vanessa Bieker is the founder of the Fly Brave Foundation who has a son that is non verbal that loves to run and is working on qualifying for the Boston marathon.  It was an entertaining experience being a model at the fashion show!!
