What Rite Aid's were still or are still in the 1990s in 2023 and 2024

Rite Aid in Chino Hills. Closed down this month. Was one of the last Rite Aid to have had the 90s signage, and the last one in California to have this signage.

 Since Rite Aid has been in bankruptcy and has been closing many stores, I thought it would be good to research what Rite Aid locations still have the RA1 Design or if there are still Rite Aid's with a design before then (i.e. if any still retain the Payless Drug or Thrifty Drug design). If there are still any with an earlier design, please let me know. I am wondering. Of those that are still open, are they profitable and popular store locations, or are they Rite Aid locations that should have or were going to close years ago, but haven't. They are all in older, less desirable strip malls and are in areas with fierce competition with Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and Target. Why haven't they got remodeled?? Why are these locations still open?? Here are some I found:

31 Fair Ln, Placerville, CA 95667 (was my nearest Rite Aid store) (closed in January 2024)
