This drawing is a proposal for an h.h. gregg Appliances and Electronics in McKinney, Texas.  It would be in the old location of Best Buy. The address is 8720 Texas 121 in Suite 112 in the McKinney Towne Crossing Shopping Center.  I chose this location for Texas’s first h.h. gregg because it is in a fast growing area. I feel that there’s a high demand for an h.h. gregg in the McKinney, Frisco, and Allen area.
