      This drawing is a proposal for a Scheels All Sports in Broomfield, Colorado.  It would be in the former The Great Indoors.  The address is 231 East Flatiron Crossing Drive in the Flatiron Marketplace Shopping Center.  I chose this location for Colorado’s first Scheels All Sports because it is in an area with Colorado’s 2^nd largest mall, lots of hunting and sports, and there’s a high demand for a Scheels All Sports in the Westminster, Boulder, Broomfield, and Thornton area.
