     This drawing is a proposal for a JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts in Sparks, Nevada.  It would be located in the former Circuit City in the Sparks Galleria Shopping Center.  The address is 125 Disc Drive. I chose this location for Spark’s first JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts because it would be in an area with a lot of retail and is about the size of a JoAnn Fabrics and Craft store.  I also feel that there’s a high demand for a JoAnn Fabrics in Sparks.

If approved, my proposal for a JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts would create jobs for the town.  It would also help the Sparks Galleria Shopping Center attract more new to Sparks retailers.  The closest JoAnn Fabrics near Sparks is Reno.
