Shall we gather at the river and then stop at the log cabin in small town Oklahoma?

Do you want to visit Oklahoma, stop at a store in a log cabin  in a small town, and look at and maybe buy some fun items. If you are, Discovery Outpost is the place to visit. It is a new business in the small town of Medicine Park, Oklahoma. At the new outpost, they offer Children's Books, Toys, and some fun treasures in their little cute log cabin. My family found out about this new shop because they are part of the International Association for Creation, which my brother is in contact with through the Genesis Apologetics ministry. The new outpost celebrated their grand opening on Friday February 2nd, which was a pretty steady day of traffic for them. The store is open three days of the week: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is located at 208 E Lake Drive in  Medicine Park, Oklahoma, 12 miles northwest of Lawton and Fort Sill. Medicine Park is a small resort town on Medicine Creek in the Wichita Mountains. It was built in 1908 for tourists wanting to escape the heat with a new swimming hole, now called Bath Lake. At one time, it was considered the Jewel of the Southwest from the 1910s to the 1930s. Today, it is still a small resort town with two big lakes next to town: Lake Lawtonka and Elmer, the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, the number one in the country,  and Mt. Scott, a 2,464 foot mountain which you will see views of the whole area. I hope that if you visit Medicine Park, Oklahoma that you can stop by the new Discovery Outpost and discover some adventures at the cabin.
