Happy 1st Birthday Blog!

I struggled with business signs changing and I cried really hard. My family didn’t know what to do. It bothered me because it made it confusing because I didn’t know what was happening.  I have autism and it made me afraid of things changing. I didn’t know how to express it.  If I saw a going out of business sign, I felt sad because people were losing their jobs and leaving an empty building temporarily.  This was during the time of the Great Recession, and a lot of businesses were changing. My fears of these business changes gave me an idea.  I began a blog about new businesses called Hayden Business Blog which helped my fear go away.  I still am a little disappointed when stores close, but I draw plans for new businesses to take their place.
