Hayden’s Whole Foods Market Proposal Vintage Faire Mall, Modesto, CA 95356

 This is a drawing is a proposal for a Whole Foods Market in Modesto, California.  It would sublease a part of Sears on the first level in the Vintage Fair Mall. My proposal would also remodel the interior and exterior of the existing Sears to make it more modern in appearance.  I chose this location for Modesto’s first Whole Foods Market because it would be in an area with a lot of retail and traffic.  I also feel that there’s a high demand for a Whole Foods Market in the Modesto area.

Population of Stanislaus County:  521,726

Population of Modesto/Merced area:  784,031

Whole Foods Market offers their customers:

·          Snacks

If approved, my proposal for a Whole Foods Market would create jobs for the town.  It would also help the Modesto area attract more new to the area retailers.  The closest Whole Foods Market near Modesto is San Ramon.
