This drawing is a proposal for a Burlington Coat Factory in Bend, Oregon.  It would be in the former Sears in the Bend River Promenade Shopping Center.  The address is 3188 North Highway 97 Suite 119. My proposal would also include a Sears Hometown Store, an Ulta Beauty, and a Sports Authority.  I chose this location for Bend’s first Burlington Coat Factory because it would be in an area with a lot of retail and is about the size of a Burlington Coat Factory store.  I also feel that there’s a high demand for a Burlington Coat Factory in Bend, Oregon.

If approved, my proposal for a Burlington Coat Factory would create jobs for the town.  It would also help the Bend River Promenade attract more new to market retailers. The closest Burlington Coat Factory near Bend is Salem.
