Hayden’s Petco Proposal Powerline Road, Natomas, CA 95837

 

   This drawing is a proposal for a Petco in Natomas, California.  It would be off of Powerline Road near the Sacramento International Airport.  My proposal for a Petco would also include a shopping center that I would call River Delta Crossings.  I would also include a Cabela’s, Orchard Supply Hardware, Sprouts Farmers Market, JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, and a Staples.  I chose this location for Natomas’s first Petco because it would be near the airport and people could shop when they’re in the area. I also feel that there’s a high demand for a Petco in the Natomas area. 

Demographics for Petco in Natomas:

Population of North Natomas: 55,141

Population of Natomas: 98,743

Petco offers their customers:

·         Dog supplies

·         Cat supplies

·         Fish supplies

·         Small animal supplies

·         Reptile supplies

·         Bird supplies
