Cascada in El Dorado Hills is now open!   It is in the former 76 Gas Station located at 2222 Francisco Drive, El Dorado Hills, CA.  Cascada Restaurante and Cantina in El Dorado Hills opened in late 2012. Cascada already has a location at 384 Main Street in Placerville, CA.  This will help Cascada’s 1^st time expansion.   Cascada serves Appetizers, Soup, Salads, House Specialties, Beef, Pork, Chicken, Vegetarian, Sandwiches, Kids Meals, and Beverages.  Do you want to try Cascada Restaurante and Cantina?   It is nice to have a Cascada in El Dorado Hills.

LensCrafters in Folsom is Now Open!

 

LensCrafters in Folsom is now open!  It opened on March 29^th 2013. It is located at 330 Palladio Pkwy.  It is in the Palladio at Broadstone in Folsom, CA.  LensCrafters is an Optometry and Eye Exam Center. LensCrafters has Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, Lenses, and Contact Lenses for Women, Men, and Children.  The closest LensCrafters near Folsom is Fair Oaks.  Folsom residents have a new place to get Eye Exams. This will help LensCrafters succesful expansion.   It is nice to have a LensCrafters in Folsom.

Orchard Supply Hardware in San Leandro, CA remodel is complete.  It is located at 300 Floresta Blvd. Orchard Supply Hardware in San Lorenzo will move into the San Leandro location.  OSH sells neighborhood hardware, plants, paint, repair, and backyard stuff.  You can open a new business in 177 Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo that’s like Tractor Supply Company.  San Lorenzo OSH got new landscaping recently.  It is nice to have a remodeled Orchard Supply Hardware in San Leandro.

Propel Mobility Center in Fresno is Now Open!

Propel Mobility Center in Fresno, CA is Now Open!  It is in The Former Shell location at 4994 E Ashlan Ave.  Propel has Flex Fuel E85, Biodiesel B20, Unleaded, and Carbon Offset Option.  This is the first Propel in Central California.  The closest Propel near Fresno is Elk Grove.  Fresno residents have a new place to get gas. This will help Propel’s succesful expansion.  It is nice to have a Propel Mobility Center in Fresno.

Skipolini’s Pizza and Pasta in Folsom is Now Open!

 

Skipolini’s Pizza and Pasta is now open in Folsom, CA!  It is in the former Tahoe Joe’s location at 191 Blue Ravine Rd. There is also locations in Antioch, Clayton, Walnut Creek, Concord, and Rocklin. The closest location near Folsom is in Rocklin. Skipolini’s Pizza and Pasta in Folsom opened in November 2012. They have Starters, Pizzas, Specialty Pizzas, Panini Sandwiches, Piadines, Beverages, and Pastas on the menu. There is a playground is outside. This will help Skipolini’s Pizza expansion.  It is nice to have a Skipolini’s Pizza and Pasta in Folsom.

2nd Chipotle in Folsom is Now Open!

 

 

 

2^nd Chipotle in Folsom is finally Open!  It is located next to US Bank at 2379 Iron Point Road.  It is in the Folsom Gateway Shopping Center.  There is already a Chipotle in Folsom located at 1001 East Bidwell St. #160 in Willow Creek Shopping Center.  This will help Chipotle Mexican Grill’s successful expansion. Chipotle serves Burritos, Burrito Bowls, Crispy Tacos, Soft Tacos, Salads, Chips, Guacamole, and Kids Meals.  Chipotle has 1,430 locations.  Chipotle is the 2^nd largest fast food Mexican restaurant.  Do you want to try out Chipotle Mexican Grill?  It is nice to have a second Chipotle in Folsom.

2nd Walgreens coming to Fairfield!

2^nd Walgreens coming to Fairfield, CA!  It will be located at 2590 N Texas Street at the corner of Texas St.  and Cement Hill Road. It will be across the street from Kmart and Walmart.  It will be 13,700 square feet building and feature a drug store, pharmacy,  and in-store clinic.  It will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Walgreens will also have 46 parking spaces and a drive thru pharmacy.  Walgreens already has a store in Fairfield located at 1955 W Texas St.  This will help Walgreens expansion.  It will be nice to have a Walgreens in Fairfield.

Chick fil A in Granite Bay is now open! It is in the former Burger King location at 4040 Douglas Blvd. The closest Chick fil A near Granite Bay is in Roseville.  Chick fil A serves Classics, Salads, Wraps, Side Items, Breakfast, Desserts, Drinks, Kids Meal, and Trays. This Chick fil A opened on March 28^th 2013. All Chick fil A’s are closed on Sundays. Chick fil A is open on Monday through Saturday.  Granite Bay residents have a new restaurant to try out. It is nice to have a Chick fil A in Granite Bay, CA.

Family Dollar coming to Pollock Pines!

 

 

Family Dollar is coming to Pollock Pines, CA!  It will be on the land where the former Los Hermanos was located at 6524 Pony Express Trail. Los Hermanos closed on July 28^th 2012 and then it burned down in September 2012. The building got demolished to build a new Family Dollar Store. The closest Family Dollar near Pollock Pines is Reno, NV.  Pollock Pines and Camino residents have a new place to buy products at a reasonable price.  This will help Family Dollars successful expansion.  It will be nice to have a Family Dollar in Pollock Pines.  Family Dollar has 7,100 locations already. They will open 500 more Family Dollar Stores in 2013.

Winners Circle Western Wear in Placerville is Now Open!

 

 

 

 

 

Winners Circle Western Wear in Placerville is now open!  It is in the former Robinsons location at 1327 Broadway.  It opened on December 1^st 2012. The owner of Winners Circle is Ms. Sue.  Ms. Sue had locations in Manteca, Clayton, and Antioch, CA. The Winners Circle Western Wear in Placerville is in the Broadway Plaza Shopping Center next to the new D Agostini’s Office.  Placerville residents have a new place to get Western Wear and get a great fitting hat. I got to see Ms. Sue steam a hat.  They do amazing custom hat fitting. Grand Opening Ceremony will be in the summer time.  It is nice to have a Winners Circle Western Wear in Placerville, CA.

Pier 1 Imports moving & Hobby Lobby coming to Arden Arcade!

Pier 1 Imports moving & Hobby Lobby coming to Arden Arcade, CA!  They will be located at 1821 Exposition Blvd.  Hobby Lobby sells art and craft supplies. The closest Hobby Lobby near Arden Arcade is Roseville. Sacramento residents have a new place to get Arts and Crafts. Pier 1 Imports sells items for Bedrooms, Dinning Room, Dinnerware, & Living Room. Pier 1 has a location on Arden Way and Fulton Ave. This will help Hobby Lobby’s successful expansion.  It will be nice for there to be a Hobby Lobby in Arden Arcade.

Sprouts Farmers Market in Fresno is Now Open!

Sprouts Farmers Market in Fresno is now open!  It is in the Former Sports Authority located at 7477 N. Blackstone Ave.  Sports Authority closed when the one across the street located at 7572 N Blackstone Ave. got a remodel a year ago. Sprouts Farmers Market in Fresno opened in May 2013. The closest Sprouts Farmers Market near Fresno is Modesto. Fresno residents have a new place to get groceries. This is the first Sprouts in Central California. It is nice to have a Sprouts Farmers Market in Fresno, CA.

Grocery Outlet Bargain Market coming to Roseville!

Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is finally coming to Roseville!  It will be in the Former Sunflower Market at 424 Roseville Square.  Sunflower Farmers Market closed in August when Sunflower & Sprouts Farmers Market merged.  Grocery Outlet had a store in Granite Bay until it closed in early 2012 for a Walmart Neighborhood Market.  The closest Grocery Outlet near Roseville is Blue Oaks Town Center in Rocklin that opened in November 2012.  Roseville residents will have a new place to buy groceries.  It will be nice for there to be a Grocery Outlet Bargain Market in Roseville, CA.  This will help Grocery Outlet with its successful expansion.

Target is opening stores in Canada!

Target is opening stores in Canada. There are already a few Target stores in Canada. Target Canada will keep opening stores every day. They are in Former Zellers locations. Target Canada sells Groceries, Electronics, Clothes, Beauty, and more. Canada residents have a new place to shop at. Target Canada is eyeing 135 locations or more. Target Canada has a few stores that are open. It is very nice for there to be a Target in Canada. Targets food and grocery items will be supplied by Sobeys. There were rumors about Target coming to Canada dating back to 2004.

        This drawing is a proposal of Orchard Supply Hardware in San Francisco,California. It would be in the current Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath located at 975 Bryant St.  Orchard Supply Hardware sells neighborhood hardware, plants, paint, repair, and backyard stuff.  Orchard Supply Hardware will start construction after Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath moves.  The closest Orchard Supply Hardware is in South San Francisco. It will be very nice for there to be an Orchard Supply Hardware in San Francisco.

Buy Buy Baby with other stores coming to Roseville!

Buy Buy Baby is finally coming to Roseville, CA! It will open in the summer in the former The Home Depot Expo Design Center.  Bed Bath and Beyond and Cost Plus World Market will also move into the same building Buy Buy Baby will be in at 1120 Galleria Blvd. Bed Bath & Beyond has a store next to Barnes & Noble at 1252 Galleria Blvd. And Cost Plus World Market has a store next to Sports Authority at 6748 Stanford Ranch Rd. Roseville & Rocklin residents have a place to get baby clothes.  It will be nice to have a Buy Buy Baby in Roseville.

Dicks Sporting Goods coming to Pleasant Hill!

     Dicks Sporting Goods is finally coming to Pleasant Hill in the Crossroads Shopping Center. Dicks Sporting Goods will be in the current CineArts. CineArts will close and Cinemark will keep the Century Theaters across the freeway. CineArts will be demolished for room for Dicks Sporting Goods. The construction will probably start after CineArts closes. Dicks Sporting Goods will probably open in fall 2014. The closest Dicks Sporting Goods is in the Vintage Faire Mall parking lot in Modesto. There is also one coming to Dublin, CA near Pleasant Hill. Pleasant Hill and Concord residents have a new place to buy Sporting Goods for a sporting event. Update: Trader Joes might be coming in the former Ballys Total Fitness. It will be nice to have a Dicks Sporting Goods in Pleasant Hill, CA.

Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and other tenants coming to new Almaden Ranch Shopping Center in San Jose!

Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World is finally coming to San Jose, CA!  It will be on the northeast corner of State Route 85 and Almaden Expressway, that is currently Almaden Farm. It will open in 2015 along with a shopping center. This store will have about 275 employees. This will likely become a destination that could draw visitors from a wide area into the South Bay. This will also create hundreds of new jobs. Bass Pro Shops will feature a bowling alley with an underwater theme intended to make people feel like there on a ocean floor. The Outdoor World part of the store will feature a showroom for fishing boats, and will sell hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear. The closest Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World near San Jose is in the Orchard Valley Shopping Center in Manteca. San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Mountain View,  and Campbell  residents will have a new place to get outdoor gear. It will be in the new Almaden Ranch Shopping Center. There will be other stores and restaurants in Almaden Ranch.

Orchard Supply Hardware in Tigard and Portland are now open!

Orchard Supply Hardware in Tigard and Portland are now open! The Portland store is located at 10860 SW Barnes Road, Portland, OR in the former Bally’s Total Fitness. The Tigard store is located at 9770 SW Scholls Ferry Road, Tigard, OR across from Washington Square in the former Ultimate Electronics. They will be building stores in the Portland area. Orchard Supply Hardware sells neighborhood hardware, plants, paint, repair, and backyard stuff. Orchard Supply Hardware’s in Oregon will open in April 2013.  Each store will employ nearly 100 people.  There is 89 locations in California and this will help their expansion. OSH has been remodeling stores and opening stores over the years.  It is very nice for there to be an Orchard Supply Hardware in Oregon.  It will bring nearly 200 jobs in Portland area.
