Nugget Market’s new concept Fork Lift by Nugget Markets in Cameron Park is now open!

Nugget Market’s new concept Fork Lift by Nugget Markets in Cameron Park, California is now open! It is located at 3333 Coach Lane. Fork Lift by Nugget Market offers their customers:

Nugget Market renovated the location from Food 4 Less to Fork Lift by Nugget Market in December 2014. Fork Lift is a hybrid of a discount warehouse and a specialty grocer. This is exciting news for Fork Lift, and Cameron Park! I first heard about Nugget Market remodeling this location from driving by it and the Sacramento Business Journal’s article about the remodel: http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/news/2014/12/04/nugget-market-introduces-fork-lift-store-concept.html?page=all. Cameron Park residents now have a remodeled grocery store to shop at. I am pleased and excited about Nugget Market’s new concept and commitment to Cameron Park. Nugget Market has a website: http://www.nuggetmarket.com/ and a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/nuggetmarkets for more information about the grocery store.

Hayden’s Towne West Square Redevelopment Proposal 4600 West Kellogg Drive Wichita, Kansas 67209

These drawings are a proposal for a redevelopment project for Towne West Square Mall in Wichita, Kansas! It is located at 4600 W Kellogg Dr. I chose this shopping mall for a redevelopment because it’s thriving with Dillard’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, JoAnn Fabrics, and The Movie Machine as anchor stores. I feel that there’s a high demand for a redevelopment project for Towne West Square in the Wichita area.
Demographics for a redevelopment project for Towne West Square:
Population of Wichita: 386,552
Population of Sedgwick County:  505,415
Population of Wichita Area: 623,061
My idea for the redevelopment would be to renovating the exterior, interior, adding 2 fast causal restaurants which are Qdoba Mexican Grill and Jimmy John’s at the entrance next to JCPenney, adding an Old Navy and a Nordstrom Rack in the old Sears building, and adding a fast fashion retailer such as Forever 21 or H&M at the northwest concourse of the mall.
What would your redevelopment project of the old Sears at Towne West Square look like:
A.      Adding offices or call center
B.      Adding car dealership such as Toyota, Ford, or Honda
C.      Adding a lifestyle center component to the mall like Bradley Fair in Northeast Wichita
D.      My idea, Adding 2 big box stores such as Nordstrom Rack and Old Navy
If approved, my proposal would create jobs for the town. It would also attract new businesses to the mall. The owner of this mall is Washington Prime Group which is planning to acquire Glimcher and the management is Simon Property Group. I am thankful that you read my blogpost and I could draw this proposal. Towne West Square Mall has a website: http://www.simon.com/mall/towne-west-square and a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TowneWestSquare for more information.
