9/11 Museum in Lower Manhattan is now open!

9/11 Museum in Lower Manhattan, New York is now open! It is located at 180 Greenwich Street in the new World Trade Center complex. 9/11 Museum has different exhibits such as:
·         The Twin Towers model
·         What the area looked like after 9/11
·         Memorial for people who perished on September 11th 2001 and February 26, 1993
·         The Last Column of the Twin Towers
·         Remains of Cars that were there on 9/11/2001
9/11 Museum opened on May 16th 2014 for the Dedication ceremony and the Victims’ families and May 21st 2014 for the public. It was designed by Davis Brody Bond. This is exciting news for the 9/11 Museum, The World Trade Center complex, and Lower Manhattan. The 9/11 Museum is creating jobs for the town. I first heard about the 9/11 Museum by Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_September_11_Memorial_%26_Museum. We visited the 9/11 Memorial and we saw construction on the 9/11 Museum. I wrote this blogpost in honor of the 13th Anniversary of 9/11. New York City residents and tourists have a new place to visit. I am pleased and excited about the 9/11 Museum opening. Orangetheory Fitness is planning to open in Folsom!



    Orangetheory Fitness is planning to open in Folsom, California! It will be located at 230 Palladio Parkway Suite 1221 in the Palladio at Broadstone Shopping Center. Orangetheory Fitness’s facility features:
·         State-of-the-art equipment
·         Modern style
·         Motivational design
·         Clean and spacious facilities
·         Mood lighting
·         Upbeat music
·         Well-maintained equipment
·         Locker room for men and women
·         Plenty of equipment
·         Great staff
Orangetheory Fitness in Folsom plans to open in Late October 2014. Orangetheory Fitness has a temporary showroom that I got to visit that’s for people to hear about it before they open. This is exciting news for Orangetheory Fitness, Palladio at Broadstone, and Folsom. Orangetheory Fitness in Folsom will create jobs for the town. I first heard about Orangetheory Fitness by visting Palladio at Broadstone and seeing the coming soon sign for them. The size of the Folsom location will be 3,150 square feet.

Orangetheory Fitness opened its first Sacramento location in Roseville earlier this year, and is planning to open a studio in Natomas. The closest Orangetheory Fitness near Folsom is Roseville. Folsom residents will have a new place to work out at. I am pleased and excited for Orangetheory Fitness opening in Folsom.

Nordstrom in The Woodlands is now open!



   Nordstrom in The Woodlands, Texas is now open! It is in the former Sears located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in The Woodlands Mall. Nordstrom offers their customers:
·         Women’s clothing

  • ·         Shoes
  • ·         Handbags
  • ·         Accessories
  • ·         Beauty
  • ·         Designer’s clothing
  • ·         Junior’s clothing
  • ·         Kid’s clothing
  • ·         Specialty Items
Nordstrom in The Woodlands opened on September 5th 2014. This is exciting news for Nordstrom, The Woodlands Mall, and The Woodlands. Nordstrom in The Woodlands is creating jobs for the town. The size of the Nordstrom is 138,000 square feet. The mall owner is General Growth Properties and there planning a small expansion to accommodate Nordstrom with New York and Company relocating from the Forever 21 wing (that location was replaced by Microsoft Store and Starbucks Coffee)and more stores plan to be announced in coming months. The Woodlands Mall has gone thru several changes since its opening:
1994-The Woodlands Mall opens with Dillard’s, Sears, Foley’s, and Mervyn’s
1998-JCPenney opens
2002-The Woodlands Mall announces a 150,000 square feet outdoor lifestyle expansion
2004-Lifestyle expansion opens
2006-Mervyn’s leaves, Foley’s converted to Macy’s
2010-Forever 21 opens
2012-GGP announces to buy 11 Sears properties
2013-Sears leaves, Nordstrom announces plans for store there
2014-Microsoft Store opens, GGP announces small expansion, and Nordstrom opens
Before this location opened, the closest Nordstrom near The Woodlands was The Galleria Houston. Nordstrom has Nordstrom Rack at The Centre at Post Oak. Nordstrom just opened a Nordstrom Rack at Village Plaza at Bunker Hill in May 2014 and there planning to open Nordstrom Rack’s at Willowbrook Mall on September 10th 2014 and Baybrook Square in Spring 2015. The Woodlands residents have a new place to buy clothing. I am pleased and excited about Nordstrom opening in The Woodlands.

Styles for Less in Placerville is now open!




  Styles for Less in Placerville, California is now open! It is located at 3966 Missouri Flat Road, #J in the Prospector’s Plaza Shopping Center. Styles for Less offers their customers:

·         Accessories
·         Footwear
·         Plus Size Clothing
Styles for Less in Placerville opened on August 1st 2014. Before this Styles for Less opened, the closest Styles for Less near Placerville was Folsom. Styles for Less has been expanding in the Sacramento area recently with other new locations located at:
Prospector’s Plaza, and Placerville. Styles for Less in Placerville is creating jobs for the town. I first heard about Styles for Less opening in Placerville from the Prospector’s Plaza lease plan:
