Hayden’s Von Maur Proposal 154 Four Seasons Town Center, Greensboro, NC

 This drawing is a proposal for a Von Maur in Greensboro, North Carolina. It would be in the old location of Belk (still there, but moving to the Friendly Center when expansion on that store is complete). The address is 154 Four Seasons Town Center in the Four Seasons Town Center. I chose this location for North Carolina’s first Von Maur because it would be in a large shopping mall and shopping area. I feel that there’s a high demand for a Von Maur in the Piedmont Triad area.     

Demographics for a Von Maur in Greensboro:

Population of Greensboro: 277,080

Population of Guilford County: 500,879

Population of the Greensboro/Winston Salem area: 723,801

Population of the Piedmont Triad area: 1,599,477

If approved, my proposal for a Von Maur would create jobs for the town. It would also help attract new tenants to the mall. The size of the Von Maur would be 211,994 square feet and have three levels. The closest Von Maur near Greensboro is the North Point Mall in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Nordstrom Rack in Riverside, California is now open! It is in the former Gottschalks located at 3635 Riverside Plaza Drive in the Riverside Plaza Shopping Center.

 Nordstrom Rack in Riverside opened on April 3^rd 2014. Nordstrom Rack in Riverside is exciting news for Nordstrom Rack, Riverside Plaza, and Riverside! I heard about Nordstrom Rack opening in Riverside on the new store development page on their website: http://about.nordstrom.com/ourstores/openings/openings.asp.  Nordstrom Rack in Riverside is creating jobs for the town. Before this location opened, the closest Nordstrom Rack near Riverside was Ontario in the Ontario Mills Shopping Center. Riverside residents have a new place to buy clothing. This will help Nordstrom Rack’s successful expansion. It is nice to have a Nordstrom Rack in Riverside.

Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs, Colorado is now open! It is located at 13012 Bass Pro Drive in the new Copper Ridge Shopping Center development.

Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs opened on November 14^th 2013. The store has a restaurant named Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl and Grill that features 12 bowling lanes and causal family dining. This is exciting news for Bass Pro Shops, Copper Ridge, and Colorado Springs. I heard about Bass Pro Shops opening in Colorado Springs on the Bass Pro Shops wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bass_Pro_Shops.  Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs is creating jobs for the town. Before this location opened, the closest Bass Pro Shops near Colorado Springs was Denver. Colorado Springs residents have a place to buy Hunting and Fishing supplies. This will help Bass Pro Shops successful expansion. It is nice to have a Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs.

TJ Maxx in Visalia, California is now open! It is located at 3040 North Dinuba Boulevard in the Orchard Walk East Shopping Center.

        H&M coming to the River Park in Fresno, California!  It will be in the former Borders Books and Music located at 7722 North Blackstone Avenue in the River Park Shopping Center.

H&M in Fresno plans to open in the late summer or early fall of 2014. This is exciting news for H&M, River Park, and Fresno! H&M in Fresno will create jobs for the town. I originally had an idea for a H&M in Fresno in Fresno in the River Park Shopping Center. The closest H&M near Fresno is Modesto. Fresno residents and tourists will have a new place to buy clothing. This will help H&M’s successful expansion. It will be nice to have a H&M in Fresno.

The Cheesecake Factory coming to Reno, Nevada!  It will be in the former 775 Gastropub located at 5162 Meadowood Mall Circle in the Meadowood Mall Shopping Center.

      Walmart Neighborhood Market coming to South Sacramento, California! It will be in the old location of Walmart located at the Southgate Plaza Shopping Center at the intersection of Florin Road and Franklin Boulevard.
