Maui Brick Oven in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii is now open!  It is located at 1215 South Kihei Road in the Kihei Center.  Maui Brick Oven is a 100% Gluten Free Restaurant.  Maui Brick Oven serves Appetizers, Signature Gourmet Pizzas, Create Your Own Specialty Pizza, Salads, Beverages, Entrees, Children’s Meals, Side Dishes, and Desserts.  Maui Brick Oven opened on September 7^th 2013.  I ate there twice and I had Coconut Shrimp, Chicken Tenders, Pineapple Pizza, and Fish and Chips.  Kihei residents have a new place to try out.  It is nice to have a Maui Brick Oven in Kihei.
