Fayette Mall in Lexington plans expansion!

   Fayette Mall in Lexington, Kentucky is planning an expansion! The expansion is planned in the former Sears building in the middle of the mall. The owner of the Fayette Mall is CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.

New Stores and Restaurants announced for the Fayette Mall:

·           Altar d State, Christian clothing store that was founded in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2009 and also donates shoes and clothing to countries around the world. 

·         Brighton Collectibles, a store that sells jewelry, handbags, and gifts that’s based in City of Industry, California.

       Clarks Shoes, a shoe store that was founded and is headquartered in Street, Somerset, England.

·         Hennes & Mauritz (H&M), a store that sells clothes for Men, Ladies, and Kids that was founded Vasteras, Sweden in 1947 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

·         Jos. A. Bank, a store that sells Men’s Apparel that was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 1905 and headquartered in Hampstead, Maryland.

·         L’Occitane, a store that sells beauty products that’s headquartered in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg and was founded in 1976.

·         Michael Kors, a store that sells shoes and apparel that’s based in New York City.

·         Newk’s Eatery, a restaurant that serves Salads, Pizzas, Sandwiches, and Soups that’s based in Jackson, Mississippi.

·         Oakley, a store that sells sunglasses, watches, and more that was founded in 1975 and based in Foothill Ranch, California.

·         Swarovski, a store that sells jewelry that’s based in Austria and founded in 1895.

·         The Cheesecake Factory, a causal restaurant that serves cheesecakes, salads, sandwiches, pizza, and more that’s headquartered in Calabasas Hills, California and founded in 1978.

The Fayette Mall expansion plans to open in time for the holiday season. This is exciting news for Fayette Mall, CBL and Associates Properties, and Lexington! The Fayette Mall expansion will create many jobs for the town and attract many shoppers from lots of places.  When the expansion is complete, Lexington residents will have new stores to shop at. This will help the community and the Fayette Mall.
