Southwest Plaza in Littleton plans major renovation!

Southwest Plaza in Littleton, Colorado plans major renovation! It is located at 8501 W Bowles Ave. Southwest Plaza is owned by General Growth Properties. Southwest Plaza is anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The renovations plan to take place at the Center Court, Entrance, and Food Court. The mall plans to add a new directional signage crafted from natural materials and accented by colorful, regional landscape elements; indoor fireplaces; skylights; and light coves. The renovations plan to be complete in 2015. The mall plans to open new fashion retailers, iconic restaurants and a dining terrace featuring mountain views that will be announced later. Shoppers and Tourists can visit the mall and see the exciting renovation project take place. The Southwest Plaza renovations will create jobs for the town. I first heard about the renovations of the Southwest Plaza by a The Ridge Review article:   http://ridgereview.org/news/2014/02/23/southwest-plaza-big-change-big-future. The architects for the project are Studio H2G in Birmingham, Michigan and Omniplan in Dallas. After renovations, Littleton residents will have new shops at the mall. I am pleased and excited about the renovation of Southwest Plaza in Littleton. To help the renovation project: praying and promoting the project would help.
