A Makeover for Sawmill from the Gold Rush!

The Sutter's Mill in Coloma, California has recently received a makeover! It is at the Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park located at 310 Back Street 46.2 miles from Sacramento, 8.9 miles from Placerville, and 17.8 miles from Auburn. Sutter's Mill was built in 1848 by John Sutter during the Gold Rush. The new spot for Sutter's Mill is closer to where the original was at. I got to visit the new Sawmill with our friends and drew Sutter's Mill. Coloma attracts visitors from all around the United States and the World. Marshall Gold Discovery Park also has the  Marshall Monument, a museum, blacksmith shop, 2 churches, a jail, cabins, and teepees. I think the new Sutter's Mill is beautiful! Coloma has a website: http://www.coloma.com/  for more information about the place.
