Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Colorado is working on a major redevelopment project! It is located at 215 E Foothills Pkwy #220 in Midtown 12 minutes(3.5 miles) from Downtown and 6 minutes(2.1 miles) from Colorado State University. Foothills Mall is planning new stores such as:

Foothills Mall redevelopment project is planned to be finished in November 2015. The project will cost $313 million. The size of the mall is planned to be 660,000 square feet of retail space. It is planned to also have a 10 screen Cinemark Theater, up to 800 apartments, a 1,000 square foot parking garage, and the Foothills Activity Center. This is exciting news for Foothills Mall, and Fort Collins! This redevelopment is planned to create jobs for the town! I got to see the construction of the mall when we were on vacation and it was very cool! Fort Collins residents and tourists will have a nice mall to visit starting Fall 2015. I am pleased and excited about the Foothills Mall redevelopment project!
