The article for today is "Behind the Scenes" at
In-N- Out Burger in Placerville, California. It is about our field trip to In-N-Out
Burger last week. It was a homeschool field trip with a group of students in
the Placerville region. We met with Tyler, the manager of the Placerville
In-N-Out Burger and he told me about the history of In-N-Out Burger. He showed
us the back of In-N-Out where all their food is stored and prepared. I got to
"dice the sink," which means putting the potato through the potato
press. We got to order our own food for free. The Placerville In-N- Out gets a
lot of business from tourists and last summer was one of their busiest times in
the history of the location. The field
trip was very fun, educational, and yummy!!
