Nordstrom Rack planning to open in Folsom!

Nordstrom Rack planning to open in Folsom, California! It is planned to be in the former Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill located at 440 Via Sole in the Palladio at Broadstone Shopping Center which has lots of stores and restaurants such as Whole Foods Market, Sports Authority, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Freebirds World Burrito, and H&M as some of the amazing stores and restaurants there. Nordstrom Rack offers their customers:

·         Women's clothing  

·          Men’s clothing  

·         Junior’s clothing

      ·          Kid’s clothing
  
       ·          Shoes

      ·          Accessories

Nordstrom Rack plans to open in Folsom in Spring 2016. This is exciting news for Nordstrom Rack, Palladio at Broadstone, and Folsom! Nordstrom Rack will create jobs for the town. The size of the store is planned to be 33,000 square feet. I first heard about Nordstrom Rack planning to open in Folsom by the Sacramento Business Journal: http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/news/2015/01/21/nordstrom-rack-filling-toby-keith-space-folsom.html. The closest Nordstrom Rack near Folsom currently is Roseville. In Spring 2016, Folsom residents will have a new place to buy clothing. Nordstrom Rack is a great addition for Folsom and the Palladio at Broadstone!

 Pizza Factory in Cameron Park, California is now open! it is in the former Three Brothers Restaurant located at 3421 Coach Lane between Jimboy's Tacos and Shell Gas Station visible from U.S. Highway 50.  Pizza Factory serves meals such as:

·         Pizza

·         Pasta

·         Sandwiches

·         Calzones

·         Soup and Salads

·         Appetizers

Pizza Factory in Cameron Park opened in November 2014. This is exciting news for Pizza Factory and Cameron Park! Pizza Factory in Cameron Park is creating jobs for the town! The next closest Pizza Factory's near Cameron Park are Placerville which just received a renovation last year and Pollock Pines. Cameron Park residents have a new place to eat Pizza and Pasta. My Children's Boutique in Placerville just celebrated their 2nd anniversary!

 

My Children's Boutique in Placerville, California is a great place to shop! It is located at 418 Placerville Drive a few blocks from Sears Hometown Store and Regal Cinemas. My Children's Boutique sells New and Gently Used Children's Clothing. My Children's Boutique opened in January 2013. The owners are sisters, Ms. April and Ms. Chris Transue, which also own the Placerville Flowers Market next door. This is exciting news for My Children's Boutique and Placerville! The size of the two stores is approximately  1,300 square feet. I got to visit the store and I also got to meet one of the owners of the store. Placerville residents have a great place to buy children's clothing. I am pleased and excited that I got to visit My Children's Boutique in Placerville! Don't forget to stop by and buy flowers for your Valentine!

Wally's Pizza Bar in Cameron Park, California is now open! It is in the former VIP Restaurant located at 4079 Cameron Park Drive across the street from the Cameron Park Place Shopping Center. Wally's Pizza Bar serves:

Wally's Pizza Bar in Cameron Park opened in January 2015. This is exciting news for Wally's Pizza Bar and Cameron Park! Wally's Pizza Bar is creating jobs for the town! Hayden's Sears Renovation and Nordstrom Rack Proposal 3601 Southern Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71104

These drawings are a proposal for a renovation of Sears and a new Nordstrom Rack in Shreveport, Louisiana located at 3601 Southern Avenue at the Mall St. Vincent Shopping Center. I believe Nordstrom Rack would be a great addition to this thriving shopping mall. With Dillard's and Sears as anchor stores the mall includes Hollister Co, Coach, Cache, New York & Company, The Gap, and H&M. The plan includes remodeling  the exterior and interior of Sears to bring the building to the 21st century. I feel that there's a high demand for a Nordstrom Rack and a renovation of Sears in the Shreveport area.

Population of Shreveport: 200,327 people

Population of Caddo Parish: 254,887 people

Population of the Shreveport Metropolitan Area: 447,000 people

Starbucks Coffee is located at 823 Wales Drive and Matthew's Mattress is in the former Hollywood Video located at 1325 Riley Street. They plan to upgrade the shopping center with new parking lot striping, better landscaping, and by adding new businesses to the center. Starbucks Coffee also has locations in the Folsom Faire Shopping Center and inside Target. Matthew's Mattress also has a location in Roseville. Folsom residents have new places to shop and dine at. I am pleased and excited about Starbucks and Matthew's Mattress opening!
