These drawings are a
proposal for a renovation of Sears and a new Nordstrom Rack in Shreveport,
Louisiana located at 3601 Southern Avenue at the Mall St. Vincent Shopping
Center. I believe Nordstrom Rack would be a great addition to this thriving
shopping mall. With Dillard's and Sears as anchor stores the mall includes Hollister
Co, Coach, Cache, New York & Company, The Gap, and H&M. The plan
includes remodeling the exterior and
interior of Sears to bring the building to the 21st century. I feel that
there's a high demand for a Nordstrom Rack and a renovation of Sears in the Shreveport
area.

If approved, my proposal for
a Nordstrom Rack would create jobs for the town. It would also help the Mall
Saint Vincent attract new businesses to Shreveport. Nordstrom Rack is also
planning to open two stores in Louisiana, one in Baton Rouge in Fall 2015 and
another in Lafayette in Spring
2016.
