Vallco Shopping Mall proposes world's largest green roof for redevelopment!

  

 

Vallco Shopping Mall in Cupertino, California proposes world's largest green roof for redevelopment! It is located at 10123 N Wolfe Road 0.7 miles (2 minutes) from the new Apple campus, 1.7 miles from the existing Apple campus, and 9.3 miles (13 minutes) from Mineta San Jose International Airport/Downtown.  The green roof is proposed to include an orchard, a vineyard, and 3.8 miles of trails meandering around Cupertino. It is planned to also include a 15 block, mixed-use street grid filled with 625,000 square feet of retail, 2 million square feet of office, and 800 residential units. It is proposed to be called the Hills at Vallco. If all goes as planned, it would created lots of jobs for Cupertino. I am pleased and excited about Vallco proposing redevelopment!

The Container Store in Murray, Utah is now open! It is in the former Macy's located at 6191 State Street #400 at the Fashion Place Mall 11.3 miles (15 minutes) from Downtown Salt Lake City, 15.8 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, and 32.2 miles (37 minutes) from Park City/Wasatch Mountain State Park. The Container Store in Murray opened on October 18th, 2014. This is exciting news for The Container Store, Fashion Place Mall, and Murray! The Container Store in Murray is creating jobs for the town. I got to visit the Container Store while we were at the Fashion Place Mall on vacation. Murray residents and tourists have a new place to shop. I am pleased and excited about the Container Store opening in Murray.

Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Colorado is working on a major redevelopment project! It is located at 215 E Foothills Pkwy #220 in Midtown 12 minutes(3.5 miles) from Downtown and 6 minutes(2.1 miles) from Colorado State University. Foothills Mall is planning new stores such as:

Foothills Mall redevelopment project is planned to be finished in November 2015. The project will cost $313 million. The size of the mall is planned to be 660,000 square feet of retail space. It is planned to also have a 10 screen Cinemark Theater, up to 800 apartments, a 1,000 square foot parking garage, and the Foothills Activity Center. This is exciting news for Foothills Mall, and Fort Collins! This redevelopment is planned to create jobs for the town! I got to see the construction of the mall when we were on vacation and it was very cool! Fort Collins residents and tourists will have a nice mall to visit starting Fall 2015. I am pleased and excited about the Foothills Mall redevelopment project! Bed Rock Depot in Dinosaur, Colorado is a must visit in Dinosaur Country! It is located at 214 Brontosaurus Boulevard across the street from the Colorado Welcome Center, 2.8 miles from the Colorado/Utah Border and 29.2 miles from Dinosaur National Monument. Bed Rock Depot sells Dinosaur Toys and Plush Toys, Shirts, Books, Souvenirs, and Videos. It also serves Sandwiches for lunch customers and Ice Cream and Coffee. Bed Rock Depot opened on May 8th, 2004. The owners are Robert and Leona Hemmerich. I got to visit this place and meet the owners when we were on vacation. G-Ninnie’s Gluten Free Pantry in Vernal, Utah is now open! It is located at 1303 West 600 South Suite A across the street from Walgreens 1.6 miles from Downtown Vernal and 20.7 miles from Dinosaur National Monument. This store sells many gluten free items such as breads, mixes, snacks, donuts, and prepackaged foods. G-Ninnie’s Gluten Free Pantry in Vernal opened on November 15^th 2014. This is exciting news for G-Ninnie’s Gluten Free Pantry and Vernal! I got to visit this place and meet the owner while we were in the Vernal area. Vernal residents and tourists from Dinosaur National Monument now have a gluten free option in the area. I am pleased and excited that G-Ninnie’s Gluten Free Bakery just opened in Vernal. AutoZone in South Lake Tahoe, California is now open! It is on the former Martial Arts Center land, located at 2605 Lake Tahoe Blvd 2.3 miles from Lake Tahoe and 3.8 miles from Stateline, NV.
