Colina De Oro in Diamond Springs is Now Re-Open! It is located at 694 Pleasant Valley Rd. in the Diamond Centre Shopping Center. It re-opened in January 2013. Colina De Oro serves Appetizers, Beverages, Kids Meals, Tostadas, Combination Plates, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, Vegetarian Options, Chicken Options, Beef Options, Pork Options, Seafood, and Desserts. It was closed for a 2 weeks for a remodel. Colina de Oro has new menus, and repainted walls. We recommend Colina De Oro. It is good for family lunch or dinner. Colina de Oro in Shingle Springs already got a remodel in early 2012. It is nice to have a remodeled Colina De Oro Mexican Food in Diamond Springs, CA.
