It will be located at Fulton and Marconi Ave. There will also be a Ross Dress for Less and Bed Bath and Beyond relocating from Country Club Plaza to Town and County Village. The closest TJ Maxx near Arden Arcade is Fair Oaks. This will help TJ Maxx’s expansion. It will be nice to have a TJ Maxx and other tenants in the Town and County Village in Arden Arcade area of Sacramento, CA.
