Hayden's Four Seasons Town Centre Renovation Proposal 410 Four Seasons Boulevard, Greensboro, NC 27427

This drawing is my proposal for a renovation of the thriving Four Seasons Town Centre in Greensboro, North Carolina. It is located at 410 Four Seasons Boulevard. I chose this shopping mall for a renovation plan because it's thriving with Dillard's and JCPenney as anchors.  Abercrombie and Fitch, H&M, Hollister Co., Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, rue21, and Shoe Dept. Encore are a few of the great stores at Four Seasons Town Centre.

My plan includes:

·         Remodeling the main entrance

·         Remodel Ruby Tuesday inside and outside

·          Adding another sit down restaurant near the main entrance

·         Remodeling the interior such as bathrooms, fixtures, and freshening the interior

I feel that the Four Seasons Town Centre would benefit from my idea for a renovation.

Demographics for a renovation of Four Seasons Town Centre:

 

Population of Greensboro: 277,080

 

Population of Guilford County: 500,879

 

Population of the Greensboro/Winston Salem area: 723,801

 

Population of the Piedmont Triad area: 1,599,477

 

 

 

The mall is owned by General Growth Properties which is investing and renovating shopping malls such as Ala Moana Center, Baybrook Mall, Fashion Show Mall, and Glendale Galleria as some of the amazing redevelopment projects they've done in recent years. If approved, this renovation would create jobs for the town. It would also attract new businesses to the mall and the area.
